ABOUT LARRY RHOTON ( pronounced ROW-TON)
Originally a navy kid born in Virginia, I grew up in Huntington Beach, California. In Orange County, I began my lifelong career as an entrepreneur and professional sales person, with the last 17 years as a licensed agent dedicated to residential and commercial real estate. My home is Rancho Mission Viejo, I'm an avid cyclist, past Treasurer for the Desert Bicycle Club, and for the last 5 years serving as Logistics Chair for CVSpin, a non-profit organization serving people in need, being the managing organization for the annual Tour de Palm Springs and the Patriot Ride. I'm proud to align myself with CVSpin, an organization that has raised millions for local charities , over the last two decades.
Bringing buyers and sellers together is incredibly satisfying on a personal level, it's just what I love to do. That passion, together with deep and varied experience gives me the ability to successfully direct the flow of the deal. Any negotiation can take a turn for the worse, and it happens frequently. The ability to anticipate issues based on experience with thousands of successfully negotiated transactions is priceless.
"Most important is full and honest disclosure, mitigating the possibility of surprises and helping to manage Client expectations. I pride myself on a very high level of Client Service, and keep in constant contact with my Buyers and Sellers"
